Service was good, reception was 24hrs and also they helped us call a taxi to the train station. Just take note hotel is on a little slope

A somewhat outdated hotel, bedrooms in desperate need of modernisation. Breakfast on the other hand was good with plenty of choice. Ideally placed for easy access to city centre. Staff very helpful and pleasant. OK place to stay for an overnight stop

Beds were really comfortable, room was clean and breakfast covered continental as well as cooked English and cereals. Staff very helpful and let us stay in the foyer later as we were waiting for our boat and it was pouring with rain

The lobby is beautiful and there are comfortable sitting areas both inside and outside. The room was bright and smelled clean and fresh. There were little chocolates and earplugs on our pillows. The bathroom was small, but comfortable and had little amenities such as shower caps, lotion and sponges. The shower door did leak, though. There was a lovely minibar in the room with drinks and snacks that were reasonably priced. Parking was a problem. There is a garage, but the incline is so steep, that we couldn't drive down it without damaging the car. We had to find parking on the street. The hotel was located a little farther away from the city center as we thought, but not really bad. It's a nice walk downhill and over a bridge.

We had a great stay in July at the Hotel Atrium. The room was clean, the breakfast was outstanding, and it was great for Families! It is a short walk to downtown Passau where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. We would gladly stay here again.

Een aantal jaar hier geweest onderweg naar wintersport. Vorig jaar al niet al te beste service. Deze keer niet kunnen komen ivm overlijden / prive omstandigheden. Met een verzoek tot coulance werd uitermate dreigend gereageerd. Wij komen hier zeker nooit meer terug!

Das Personal, das die Nachrichten beantwortet, ist sehr unhöflich und unfreundlich. Meistens gibt es keine Parkplätze, vor dem Hotel gibt es Parkplätze für nur 3-4 Fahrzeuge, und die Garage ist klein und fast immer voll, und selbst wenn man einen Parkplatz findet, ist er so eng. Sie buchen übernachtung im Hotel und müssen sich in der Stadt nach einem Parkplatz suchen, Die Zimmer sind sehr kalt und was das Frühstück angeht, muss man früh kommen, um zu bekommen, was man möchte, da das Essen selten nachgefüllt wird. Ich habe 1 übernachtung gebucht und habe wegen Krankheit nächste Tag darum gebeten, die Reservierung zu stornieren. Aufgrund einiger Politik möchten sie den vollen Preis für 3 Personen mit Frühstück berechnen, obwohl ich nicht alle diese Dienstleistungen nutzen kann. Ich empfehle es nicht! Niemals wieder!

Doppel Standard Zimmer - klein aber fein. Fussläufig ist man über die Donau Brücke in der Altstadt von Passau. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber funktional ausgestattet - alles sehr sauber. Das leckere Frühstück wir bestückt durch lokale Lieferanten - Bäcker und Metzger. Auch an einem Montag Morgen kann man den Tag mit einem Glas Sekt vom Buffet begrüßen. Sehr schön!

De kamer was te warm (40 graden of zo), GEEN AIRCO! Slechts 1 blazertje...ik vond nog eentje op de gang. Verder, konden we geen raam openzetten want meteen knder ons was t buitenterras...gezien alle Duitse medemensen roker als schoorstenen kon dit niet! Dit maakte de kamer een echte ramp, pas rond 02u00 s nachts iets kunnen openzetten, toen het terras zeker leeg was. Verder mooie ruime kamer...ma de airco zou echt wel moeten voor dit geld!
